Am sitting on plane, northbound. Wearing Sorels. No blisters, but my feet are kinda hot.

The particular style of Sorels I have is called Manitou. Also the name of the town where we are burying Doug tomorrow. </p>

That is all I have on winter boots.

Sheepskin-lined sounds like they might be too warm and trapping moisture. It could help to wear thin cotton socks.

When I go hiking it helps if I give my feet an occasional release from foot prison. They complain mightily when they have to go back in, but they get numb again and overall it's a win.
